How to make a complaint

There are a number of ways to make complaints to Ombud NB. All complaints to our office are confidential.

Depending on the subject of your complaint, there may be different types of forms you will have to fill out. Some of these forms are legal requirements, so we have to ask you to submit them. 

If you are not sure which form to use or how to fill them out, please contact our office. We will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
