EDITOR’S NOTE: Ombud Charles Murray will release a report entitled Failure to Protect to members of the Procedure, Privileges and Legislative Officers committee at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday Feb 7, 2019, in the committee room of the legislative assembly, 706 Queen St., Fredericton.

The report focuses on the office’s probe into the delivery of care at a health care institution.

Following the release of the report at 2:00 p.m., Ombud Murray will hold a news conference at Edgecombe House, 736 King Street, Fredericton.

The Ombud will appear before the Standing Committee on Procedure, Privileges and Legislative Officers at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2019 to present a Report entitled Failure to Protect.  The Standing Committee meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in the Council Chamber of the Legislative Assembly.
